Comprehensive Leprosy Care through Strengthening and streamlining Referral Services in Low-resource Settings in India

Niramaya II project aim to strengthen early leprosy case detection, improvement in treatment adherence and streamlining referral and reverse referral mechanism with local government health facilities for the early referral of leprosy related complications and their quality management at our partner hub hospitals. This project model integrates field outreach component to encourage management of uncomplicated leprosy cases at PHCs and subcenters, and active networking to leverage the public schemes to benefit the target beneficiaries.

The project is implementing in 7 districts (Salem in Tamil Nadu, Nalgonda & Medchal in Telangana, Mumbai & Palghar in Maharashtra, Balod in Chhattisgarh) through our partner hospitals and in 17 districts in West Bengal directly.
