Monitoring and Evaluation

Demand for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities has steadily increased in the last few years, with the donors and developing countries requiring a greater level of analysis on the effectiveness of their development assistance and its impact on intended beneficiaries.

As clearly evident, two major forces have driven the increased demand for M&E, first, the need for accountability in donor funding, and second, the need to learn from programme implementation to improve effectiveness and derive higher social returns on investments.

We at GLRA India strongly believe that a robust M&E strategy supported by a well-articulated M&E log-frame are key to ensuring these and therefore, we combine our experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluations across multiple development themes with our expertise in fostering learning cultures.
